Employee payroll deductions are the third largest source of funding for Country Manor Foundation, and we couldn't be more proud. Whether it's $1 per paycheck, or $100, our staff see the value in what we do!
Each year, the Foundation chooses up to three projects to fund using the proceeds from employee withholdings. In 2019, we purchased an adaptive wheelchair bicycle, a virtual reality system, and iPads for our Sartell campus. We were also able to complete the long-awaited community garden at our St. Joseph campus. In 2020, we expanded the outdoor holiday lighting to the Rapid Recovery Courtyard and will be purchasing a portable stage for campus-wide entertainment.
Donation forms are available to employees in the weeks leading up to the events, or an online version may be accessed and submitted via the button below. Additionally, staff wishing to make a one-time contribution may do so using the online donation system.
