Foundation
Fiesta & Festival

March 19, 2026 (Country Manor Campus)

The annual Fiesta and Festival are our Employee Payroll Deduction Pledge Drive events at both Country Manor, Sartell, and Woodcrest of Country Manor, St. Joseph.  Staff are treated to a free lunch and giveaways, while the Foundation gets a chance to say "Thank you" to our employees for their continued support.

Employee payroll deductions are the third largest source of funding for Country Manor Foundation, and we couldn't be more proud.  Whether it's $1 per paycheck, or $100, our staff see the value in what we do!

Each year, the Foundation chooses up to three projects to fund using the proceeds from employee withholdings. In 2025, our Payroll Pledge Drive raised funds to install permanent, customizable exterior lighting on our buildings. These lights make a huge impact on safety, especially during the winter months when the sun sets early.

Plus, with over 150 color patterns, we can light up Country Manor in stunning displays for every occasion. As a community that loves to celebrate big, these lights make every event even more magical.

2026 Projects

Sartell Campus: Walking Path – Phase 1

We are raising funds for Phase 1 of a new walking path that will wind throughout our Sartell campus. This thoughtfully designed path will provide a safer, more accessible outdoor walking option for residents, visitors, and staff.

Access to the outdoors supports physical health, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful social connection. This walking path will create opportunities for fresh air, movement, and moments of peace — all within the comfort and safety of our campus.

St. Joseph Campus: Exterior Lighting – Phase 2

At our St. Joseph campus, funds raised will support Phase 2 of installing permanent exterior lighting on our buildings. These upgrades will improve visibility and safety during evening and early morning hours, creating a more secure and welcoming environment for everyone on campus.

Enhanced lighting helps residents feel confident moving about, supports staff working all hours, and provides added reassurance for families and visitors.

Donation forms are available to employees in the weeks leading up to the events, or an online version may be accessed and submitted via the button below. Additionally, staff wishing to make a one-time contribution may do so using the online donation system.
