Every Spring - 2026 Date To Be Announced

The annual Fiesta and Festival are our Employee Payroll Deduction Pledge Drive events at both Country Manor, Sartell, and Woodcrest of Country Manor, St. Joseph.  Staff are treated to a free lunch and giveaways, while the Foundation gets a chance to say "Thank you" to our employees for their continued support.

Employee payroll deductions are the third largest source of funding for Country Manor Foundation, and we couldn't be more proud.  Whether it's $1 per paycheck, or $100, our staff see the value in what we do!

Each year, the Foundation chooses up to three projects to fund using the proceeds from employee withholdings. In 2024, we revamped our outdoor gathering areas, introducing innovative, retractable shade coverings to the Care Center Terrace, Meadow Gardens, and East Commons Pergolas. Plus, we added maintenance-free outdoor chairs, benches, and tables, creating the ultimate outdoor oases. Country Manor team, THANK YOU for making a difference. Your kindness ensures residents can relax and enjoy the outdoors in comfort.

This year, we’re bringing something truly special to Country Manor!


The Foundation is raising funds through our Employee Payroll Pledge Drives to install permanent, customizable exterior lighting on our buildings. This isn’t just about adding a beautiful glow—though it will certainly do that! These lights will make a huge impact on safety, especially during the winter months when the sun sets early.


Plus, with over 150 color patterns, we can light up Country Manor in stunning displays for every occasion. Imagine the warm red and green hues of Christmas, a patriotic glow for the 4th of July, or a twinkling tribute to honor our veterans. As a community that loves to celebrate big, these lights will make every event even more magical.


This is an investment in safety, celebration, and the spirit of Country Manor. By pledging, you’re helping us brighten our community in a meaningful and lasting way. Join us in making this vision a reality!


Donation forms are available to employees in the weeks leading up to the events, or an online version may be accessed and submitted via the button below. Additionally, staff wishing to make a one-time contribution may do so using the online donation system.
