Country Manor Foundation 24th Annual
HOMETOWN CLASSIC
Golf Event Benefitting End-Of-Life Care
June 8, 2026
$64,000
raised in 2025 for Country Manor's End-Of-Life Care!
Thank you so much to all who joined us for the 23rd Annual Hometown Classic at Wapicada Golf Club! The Hometown Classic is so much more than an annual golf outing - it is an opportunity for us to come together as a community to support a precious cause....
The money raised at this event is crucial in supporting and expanding Country Manor's ability to provide the very best end-of-life care to the seniors we serve. These funds ensure that our end-of-life efforts can continue in a way that celebrates, honors, respects, and brings comfort to patients and their families during the final stages of one's life.
Proceeds from the 2025 event will support the ongoing care and expansion of the Country Manor Memorial Park. Planned improvements include enhanced landscaping, new furnishings, and the construction of a pavilion—providing a dedicated space for reflection and remembrance. With your support, we can continue to honor the memories of those who have touched our lives and ensure the park remains a peaceful sanctuary for years to come.
To our sponsors, donors, and golfers: Thank you for joining us on our mission. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Please know that your gifts will be used to assist those in need, at a time when added support is needed most.

We could not do it without you!
Proceeds
from the 2026 event will go toward:
Sartell Campus: Walking Path – Phase 1
This thoughtfully designed path will provide a safer, more accessible outdoor walking option for residents, visitors, and staff.
Access to the outdoors supports physical health, emotional wellbeing, and meaningful social connection. This walking path will create opportunities for fresh air, movement, and moments of peace — all within the comfort and safety of our campus.
St. Joseph Campus: Exterior Lighting – Phase 2
This permanent exterior lighting on our buildings will will improve visibility and safety during evening and early morning hours, creating a more secure and welcoming environment for everyone on campus.
Enhanced lighting helps residents feel confident moving about, supports staff working all hours, and provides added reassurance for families and visitors.
Thank you for helping us enrich lives.
