The money raised at this event is crucial in supporting and expanding Country Manor Campus's ability to provide the very best end-of-life care to the seniors we serve. These funds ensure that our end-of-life efforts can continue in a way that celebrates, honors, respects, and brings comfort to patients and their families during the final stages of one's life.

Join us in creating a tranquil haven to honor the memory of those who have gone before us. Featuring engravable memorial pavers, and a large water feature, the Country Manor Memorial Park is envisioned as a serene sanctuary, where memories linger and hearts find solace. Every step through this park will be a journey of reflection, commemorating the cherished moments and unforgettable individuals who have touched our lives.

2024 Golf Packages

As a Clubhouse Sponsor, your logo will appear on your choice of Golf Cart Signs, or Banquet Tables; in addition to all event signage, the event program, website, and social media associated with Country Manor Foundation.

Includes four individual golf registrations.

Eagle Sponsor logos will be displayed on all event signage, event program, website, and social media associated with Country Manor Foundation.

All golfers are given access to Blackberry's clubhouse facilities, practice range and putting green. Golf registration includes one round of golf, meals and snacks, and a commemorative gift.

$20 - Team Mulligan

Wish you had a second chance to make a better shot? This is for you!

It features ONE team mulligan (allows every player on team to swing again). When a mulligan is used, all four members must swing. Maximum of TWO mulligans per team.

$20 - Putting String

Leave your ball a foot short? Simply measure the distance from your ball to the hole with string, tie off (knot) that amount of string, and you're ready to move on to the next hole. Your team has the remaining amount to use for future putts in the tournament. String measures 3 ft. Limit ONE per team.
