$64,000
raised in 2025 for Country Manor's End-Of-Life Care!
Thank you so much to all who joined us for the 23rd Annual Hometown Classic at Wapicada Golf Club! The Hometown Classic is so much more than an annual golf outing - it is an opportunity for us to come together as a community to support a precious cause....
The money raised at this event is crucial in supporting and expanding Country Manor's ability to provide the very best end-of-life care to the seniors we serve. These funds ensure that our end-of-life efforts can continue in a way that celebrates, honors, respects, and brings comfort to patients and their families during the final stages of one's life.
Proceeds from the 2025 event will support the ongoing care and expansion of the Country Manor Memorial Park. Planned improvements include enhanced landscaping, new furnishings, and the construction of a pavilion—providing a dedicated space for reflection and remembrance. With your support, we can continue to honor the memories of those who have touched our lives and ensure the park remains a peaceful sanctuary for years to come.
To our sponsors, donors, and golfers: Thank you for joining us on our mission. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. Please know that your gifts will be used to assist those in need, at a time when added support is needed most.

We could not do it without you!
Proceeds
from the 2026 event will go toward:
Sartell Campus: Walking Path – Phase 1
Funds raised will support Phase 1 of a new walking path that will wind around the Sartell campus. This path will provide a safer, more accessible way for residents, visitors, and staff to enjoy time outdoors.
Access to a safe walking route encourages movement, social connection, and meaningful moments outside — all within the comfort of campus.
Enhanced Outdoor Amenities
Additional funds will support enhanced outdoor amenities. These enhancements allow flexibility to invest where they will have the greatest impact on daily life.
Projects may include landscaping improvements, additional outdoor seating along walking paths and in garden areas, updates to pavilion spaces, and other features that help create welcoming, functional outdoor environments.
Thank you for helping us enrich lives.
