It is with great pride that we introduce the Foundation's newest initiative - the Country Manor Memorial Park - opened Fall 2024.  This beautiful park will showcase engravable dedication pavers and a large water feature, providing a serene sanctuary designed to commemorate the cherished moments and unforgettable individuals who have touched our lives.

The Country Manor Memorial Park is envisioned as a place of peace, where residents, families, staff, and beyond can honor the legacy of their loved ones in a tranquil setting.

The centerpiece of the park is a large water feature, including a granite boulder fountain and serene koi pond, designed to evoke calm and contemplation. Surrounded by beautiful landscaping, the water feature provides a focal point for reflection.

Every step through this park is a journey of remembrance, as visitors walk the engraved pathways. Our dedication pavers offer a unique and personal way to celebrate the lives of those we hold dear. Each paver can be engraved with the name of a loved one, creating a lasting tribute that will be cherished for generations to come.
