Walking Path For Country Manor Campus -  $150,000

Paving the way for a healthier, more connected community.

At Country Manor, we believe that movement, fresh air, and time outdoors are essential to a high quality of life. In recent years, the Country Manor Foundation has proudly funded several outdoor improvement projects, including beautiful gathering spaces with pergolas, sunshades, comfortable seating, and more. Now, we’re taking the next step...

This year, we’re fundraising to build a dedicated walking path around our Sartell campus—creating a safe, accessible, and connected route for residents, staff, and visitors to enjoy.

Currently, our large campus lacks a continuous outdoor walking route, making it challenging for residents to safely enjoy walks, especially in the warmer months when they love to be outside. A designated walking path will enhance safety, promote mobility, and encourage a more active lifestyle for all who call Country Manor home.

The path will be constructed in phases, with the first phase connecting the existing path on First Street NE to the rehab center’s outdoor path. We can begin construction once we reach our first fundraising milestone of $8,000!

Your support will help us take the first steps toward making this much-needed improvement a reality. Donate today and help pave the way for a healthier, more connected community!

Woodcrest Gardens (Phase 1) - $27,000

At Country Manor's St. Joseph location, we're hoping to improve the Woodcrest Gardens, a beautiful outdoor space designed to bring peace, connection, and enjoyment to our residents, staff, and visitors.

Phase One of this project will create the foundation for this serene retreat, including:
  • A paved path leading to the gardens
  • A paved walkway through the gardens
  • A gazebo for shade and relaxation
  • Fresh landscaping to enhance the natural beauty of the space

To bring this vision to life, we need to raise $27,000. Your support will help us create a safe, accessible, and welcoming outdoor haven for all who call Woodcrest home.

Donate today and help us grow something truly special!
